Day-of Coordination

You’ve put in multiple long nights (and trips to Hobby Lobby) and want everything to look perfect the day of without you having to worry about a thing. Been there! This package starts by a meeting between me and you, the couple, to go over everything you’ve planned up to this point. We will gather your vision for the day and make sure the wedding day is seamless from the moment you wake up to the moment your head hits the pillow. Leave the stress behind with the planning so you can enjoy the last moments before you say, “I do”. As your day-of coordinator, I will be the main point of contact for all vendors and guests as well as help facilitate the set up and take down at the end of the night. I’m here to make sure that when a bee stings a bridesmaid minutes before showtime, ice and coverup don’t let the guests know a thing is wrong. The timeline for the day will be my responsibility to keep everything on schedule and I will be the first to arrive and last to leave. No need to lift a finger on your big day, other than to place that ring on it!

This package varies in price and final price is based on multiple factors including things like guest count, location, and set-up/tear down. At our initial consult we will discuss all of this together.
